Aswini Vellalaghan (2023 - current)

My name is Aswini Vellalaghan and I am in my third year of Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Medical Physiology at the University of Waterloo. As a pre-med student, I aspire to establish a career in the healthcare field in the near future. I am elated to join the CanSarCC research team and be a part of the unique work they do. I'm passionate about making a difference in the fight against cancer and am excited to be part of a team dedicated to improving the lives of sarcoma patients. Through my volunteer work, I hope to gain valuable experience and knowledge that will contribute to my future academic and career goals.
