Tiffany Patterson (2021 - 2022)

My name is Tiffany and I recently graduated from the University of Victoria with my Masters of Kinesiology. I’ve always been passionate about research and its translation into patient care and am hoping to implement both of these as I pursue medical school in hopes of becoming a rural family physician. I believe that the research being done by CanSaRCC is important work that is needed in order to help advance the understanding of this rare disease and bridge the gap between clinicians and scientists through the development of diagnostic tools and targeted therapies. I’m extremely excited for the opportunity with CanSaRCC and I believe that it will bolster my knowledge in sarcoma that my future patients will be able to benefit from.
