Dr. Rebecca Deyell

Dr. Rebecca Deyell completed pediatric training at Alberta Children’s Hospital in Calgary before moving to Vancouver for pediatric hematology oncology training. She also undertook a master’s in health research at UBC and spent a year of additional training in early phase clinical trials and neuroblastoma at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She is currently a pediatric oncologist at BC Children’s Hospital with a focus on children and adolescents with solid tumours, including sarcoma. She is a clinician investigator at BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute and holds leadership roles in pediatric precision oncology programs in BC and nationally. She initiated and leads the early phase clinical trials program in pediatric hematology/oncology in British Columbia.
