Previous data describing WART for abdominal sarcoma is limited to small case series and literature specific to desmoplastic small round cell tumours, a primarily intraperitoneal sarcoma. Given the availability of contemporary radiotherapy planning permitting conformal sparing of liver and kidney structures, the goal of this study is to report on our experience treating abdominal sarcoma with WART with respect to tumour control outcomes, dosimetry, and toxicities. This is a multicenter retrospective study.
