Clinical experience suggests a high prevalence of emotional distress in patients with aggressive fibromatosis (AF). This is unexpected for a benign tumour, and has not been previously studied. The Distress Assessment and Response Tool (DART) is a symptom screening program established at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (PM). We plan to examine longitudinal DART scores in patients undergoing treatment and follow-up for AF to describe the prevalence and persistence of symptom distress in this population.
